Effective date: July 29, 2026
The short version: Violin Flex does not collect, store, or share any personal information from anyone — including children. There are no accounts, no logins, no ads, and no tracking. The game runs entirely on your device.
None. Violin Flex does not ask for, collect, or transmit any personal or identifying information. Specifically, the app does not:
Violin Flex is a self-contained learning game. Everything happens on your device. Game scores (for example, the two-player competition tally) exist only while you are playing and are cleared when you close the app — they are never saved to a server or shared.
Violin Flex is designed to be safe for children. Because the app collects no personal information whatsoever, it does not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or any age). It contains no advertising, no in-app purchases, and no links that lead children outside the game. This approach is consistent with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Apple's guidelines for apps directed to children.
Violin Flex does not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking software. The app does not sell or share any data, because it does not collect any.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Since the app collects no data, we do not anticipate material changes.
